Our top team of barbering educators will take you through every aspect of men’s hairdressing.
Whilst working on your SVQ/SCQF Barbering Level 2 &5 you will also be developing your own portfolio which is a unique addition to your course exclusive to the Scottish Barbering School. A big part your course will be practical work in our fully equipped barber School which also simulates a barber shop environment.
The units covered are:
SKACB2 Cut hair using basic barbering techniques
SKACB3 Cut facial hair to shape using basic techniques
SKACB4 Dry and finish men’s hair
SKACB5 Create basic outlines and detailing in hair
SKACHB9 Advise and consult with clients
SKACHB11 Shampoo, condition and treat the hair and scalp
SKACHB12 Develop and maintain your effectiveness at work
SKACB6 Colour and lighten men’s hair
